why WOULDN'T i just ask my NEIGHBOuR, friend or family member?
Times have changed, our member base are looking for a professional, reliable and private service. Unless the at-fault individual admits to fault ie: neighbour, friend or family member, the responsibility and liability falls to the policy holder. If the at-fault individual does not admit to fault, a civil suit would need to be initiated for damages. We are highly insured, this matters to our clientele base. Engaging a registered and insured professional service removes liability and competency risk.
