In 2015 I was planning a family vacation. With passports in hand and final boarding call just around the corner, everything was in place for a care-free week of sun and sand with my husband and our two daughters. We'd just moved out to a rural property and having just renewed our home insurance policy, we'd recalled the importance of our Vacancy Clause on our contract.
With criminal activity at an all time high and insurance liability at the forefront, so begun the frantic search to find someone to conduct checks on our home while we were away.
Times have changed.
With no insurance assurance in asking a neighbor friend or family member combined with the guilt of inconveniencing their equally busy schedules, that's when it hit: We couldn't possibly be the only ones (frantically) searching for a local, private, professional service to conduct insurance home checks on our home while we're away?

Prior to taking the leap into Entrepreneurship, I was a Civil Servant to the Municipal Government in the City of Red Deer. Previous to this, I worked in the private sector of both Oil & Gas and Petrochemical. Deeply rooted, I've called Central Alberta home for over 40 years. I would like to personally welcome you, in hopes that you'll take comfort and assurance in knowing that every fine detail concerning your home and assets has been designed with processes, policies and procedures of the highest standard.
