  • Visual checks for leaks or drainage issues
  • Visual for pest infestations
  • Circulate all taps and showers
  • Check all appliances, freezers, refrigerators etc.
  • Flush all toilets
  • Cycle through washing machine, dishwasher 
  • Visual interior check of all points of entry including windows
  • Complimentary mail pick up
  • Arming of security system on departure
  • Light altering for added presence
  • Watering of indoor plants

  • Visual interior check of all points of entry including windows
  • Visual check of pools, and any out buildings
  • Visual check of landscaping and fencing
  • Visual check for any leaks or drainage issues
  • Collection of newspapers, flyers from porch
  • ​Alternate light for change in presence
  • Run/Start services for vehicles *if required
  • Mail hold, and mail forwarding on request
  • Trash and recycling bin removal
  • Outdoor watering of gardens, lawns, flowerbeds, potted flowers
  • Detailed Home Watch report after each visit with photos
