Vacancy Clause: Every property insurance policy has it. In today's day and age, property owners are starting to pay attention to that vacancy clause (Insurance Adjusters are doing the same). Should something happen while you're away (and your home was not being checked on) the likelihood of your insurance company honoring your claim is slim-to-none. As many property owners move away from asking a friend or family member for a favor concerning their most valuable asset and look to a professional service with Liability Insurance.
