Should something happen while you're away (and your home was not being checked on) the likelihood of your insurance company honoring your claim is slim-to-none.

how quickly can i get my master contract set up?
We typically require a couple days notice to get you on schedule to sign your Master Contract but have signed contracts with 4 hours notice. A variety of available appointments can be viewed at the bottom of the Welcome page. Once your Master Contract is created, and we have all the information pertaining to your home, assets and pets on file, all future contracts are initiated seamlessly online in our Client Login area.
What if our travel plans change while we're away?
In the event your travel plans change and you arrive home early, checks not yet conducted are always credited back to your account for future use. Check credits never expire, they are also transferable, though non-refundable
how are my keys, codes and personal information kept secure?
Clients are designated a personalized Client ID number upon creation of their Master Contract. Keys and any information pertaining to your property are coded with this number. Through our policies and procedures, trace possibility for security breach is completely eliminated.
why WOULDN'T i just ask my NEIGHBOuR, friend or family member?
Every property owner should raise the following questions when asking a favor regarding their most valuable asset:
Q) Will they actually remember to check? A) Hopefully
Q) If they check, will they be thorough enough? A)Hopefully
Q) If they don't check and something happens, how do you hold them accountable for something they were only doing as a favor? A)Unfortunately, you don't.
Unless the at-fault individual admits to fault, the responsibility always falls to the policy holder. If the at-fault individual does not admit to fault, a civil suit would need to be initiated for damages. Hiring registered and insured professionals removes liability and competency risk.

what forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept cheque, cash and e-transfer.
Do I pay before I leave or can I pay after my services are complete?
Once your online contract submission is submitted to us, you will receive your invoice and contract back within 48hrs. Payment for services are due upon receipt of issue and prior to departure. Failure to pay prior to departure renders Contract Service Agreement null and void.
