Following a brief onboarding assessment, your HomeWatch™ establishes the scope, visit frequency, and access preferences for your property. Service is managed through direct communication and curated documentation, allowing schedules and coverage to evolve as your needs change.

Most members are onboarded within 72 hours following a brief on-site assessment. In some cases, expedited onboarding is available. Once established, all services, scheduling, and requests are managed through the private member portal — providing seamless, ongoing property oversight whenever you are away.

All property checks are conducted by trained, insured, and carefully vetted your HomeWatch™ professionals. Each member property is assigned a consistent service team to ensure familiarity, continuity, and accountability. Our firm operates under strict protocols and curated documentation — providing discreet, professional oversight for privately held properties throughout Central Alberta.

Each your HomeWatch™ visit is conducted through a careful, visual inspection of the property to confirm that everything is secure, intact, and operating as expected. Our team documents conditions through time-stamped photographs and observations, which are reviewed and curated in-house for each member. There is no automated or templated process — every property and every visit is handled individually to ensure accurate, discreet oversight while you are away.

your HomeWatch™ is designed to adapt as your plans evolve. When travel dates or vacancy schedules shift, your service schedule is quietly adjusted to reflect your current needs. Any unused visits remain on account for future use and never expire. Because every property is managed individually, changes are handled through a simple scheduling adjustment rather than rigid automation — allowing continuity of care without disruption.

All access credentials and member records are handled through controlled, internal systems designed to keep personal information confidential and compartmentalized. Only authorized team members assigned to your property are able to access what is required to serve you, ensuring discretion, continuity, and protection of your private information at all times.

Neighbors, friends, and family members do not carry commercial insurance, formal reporting obligations, or the infrastructure required to protect high-value assets. your HomeWatch™ provides insured, documented, and professionally managed oversight — ensuring continuity of care, privacy, and risk protection that informal arrangements cannot offer.

If an issue is identified, your HomeWatch™ contacts the member directly to confirm next steps whenever possible. When immediate attention is required, we coordinate a prompt response through a trusted network of locally based, insured professionals. This ensures that time-sensitive situations are addressed quickly, discreetly, and in accordance with the member’s preferences.
