Born and raised in Red Deer, Leanna Hamilton has deep roots throughout Central Alberta and more than 30 years of experience caring for people, properties and communities. Her diverse career across oil and gas, petrochemicals, municipal government and the public sector gave her a strong foundation in safety, discretion, accountability and professional service. In 2015, Leanna founded your HomeWatch™ to bring those same standards to private property oversight. Today, she remains the company’s Principal, Founder and Owner and continues to lead its daily operations personally - ensuring every member and every property receives the trusted, attentive care on which the company was built.

Leanna established your HomeWatch™ to address a gap she saw in the market: property owners with significant assets required more than periodic check-ins or generalized property management. They needed a discreet, structured, and accountable presence - one that operated with consistency, confidentiality, and professional judgment. ​
